To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending “Vijayagaana,” we kindly request all attendees to adhere to the following rules and safety guidelines:
- Please carry a valid ticket for entry, as no admission will be allowed without it.
- Follow instructions from event staff and volunteers at all times.
- Keep aisles and emergency exits clear to maintain a safe environment.
- Large bags, outside food, or beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
- Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be available for purchase at the venue.
- Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
- In case of an emergency, remain calm and follow the directions of the staff and safety announcements.

Food & Beverages
The concert attendees can enjoy a variety of food and beverage options. Tea, coffee, and snacks stalls will be available at the venue, serving refreshments throughout the duration of the concert. Please note that only non-alcoholic beverages will be served, ensuring a family-friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
Dress Code
While there is no specific dress code for the evening, we encourage attendees to embrace the spirit of the occasion by opting for smart casuals or their favorite national attire, adding to the vibrant and inclusive celebration of music and culture.
Parking
The venue has limited parking facilities. Complimentary Free Parking is given to the first 40 VIP Tickets bought by KUK Full Annual Members at the Medlar Street next to the venue.
There are few surrounding on street parking options are available for those arriving by car but we advise you to check carefully and plan your car journey before arriving. We encourage everyone to use the Public Transport.
Admission
Please note that the Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and not Cancellable. Everyone must hold a valid ticket to the event.
- Registration counter will be set up to validate the tickets
- VIP Ticket Holders, Premier and Gallery Ticket holders will be given different coloured bands which provides access the relevant areas only
- Access to dance floor is allowed only for the VIP & Premier ticket holders, each section is barricaded
- Under 14s must be accompanied and monitored by an adult at all times
Accessibility
The Lighthouse Theatre, located at 262-274 Camberwell Road, London SE5 0AY, offers several amenities to enhance visitor experience. The venue has limited parking facilities however there are many surrounding on street parking options for those arriving by car.
For public transport users, the theatre is well-served by multiple bus routes. The Medlar Street bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, with services including routes 12, 35, 40, and 171, connecting to various parts of London.
The nearest train station is Loughborough Junction, approximately a 16-minute walk from the theatre. Additionally, the closest Underground station is oval or Kennington and the Northern Line Operates from these stations.
